1. Introduction

By purchasing a ticket, you (“you,” “the customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

2. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by law. This is because tickets are for specific, time-sensitive events, and our costs for processing and facilitating the sale are incurred immediately.

3. When Refunds Are Granted

Refunds will only be considered in the following specific scenarios:

A. Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, a refund of the face value of the ticket will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

B. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically be valid for the new date. The event organizer may choose to offer a refund window for a limited time. If such a window is offered, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account with instructions on how to request a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is correct and to monitor your emails for such updates.

C. Significant Event Modification
If an event is significantly modified (e.g., a change of the main headliner for a concert, or a fundamental change in the nature of the event), the event organizer may, at their discretion, offer refunds. Any such offer will be communicated to you directly.

4. When Refunds Are Not Granted

You are not eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You change your mind or can no longer attend the event.

  • You made a booking error (e.g., wrong event, wrong date, wrong quantity).

  • The event’s content, performers, or undercard acts change, unless it is deemed a “Significant Event Modification” as defined by the organizer.

  • You are denied entry due to your failure to comply with the event’s terms (e.g., invalid ID, not meeting dress code, misconduct).

  • You arrive late and miss part or all of the event.

  • Adverse weather conditions, unless the event is canceled entirely.

5. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

If your event is canceled and you have not received an automatic refund within 30 business days, or if a refund window is opened for a postponed/rescheduled event, please contact us at info@protickethub.online with your order number and the name of the event.

6. Refund Amount

Please note that in all cases where a refund is issued, it will be for the face value of the ticket. All service fees, processing fees, and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the failure to attend is due to our error or a fault on our platform.

7. Transferring Tickets

If you cannot attend an event, we recommend exploring alternative options, such as:

  • Gifting your ticket to someone else.

  • Using any official fan-to-fan resale or transfer functionality provided within your ProticketHub account.
