B. Pricing and Availability: All ticket prices are set by the Organizers, not by ProticketHub. We are not liable for any pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased due to a pricing error.

C. Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity.

D. Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your ticket purchase, including the full ticket price and all applicable fees (service, processing, delivery, etc.). All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

A. General Policy: All ticket sales are FINAL. There are generally NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or CANCELLATIONS after a ticket is purchased. This policy is in place because tickets are for specific, time-sensitive events.

B. Event Cancellation or Postponement: If an event is canceled, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value to the original payment method. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will typically be valid for the new date. The Organizer may set a specific refund window for postponed events. ProticketHub is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by you, such as travel or accommodation costs.

C. Organizer’s Policies: The specific refund or exchange policy for an event is determined by the Organizer, not by ProticketHub. You are responsible for reviewing the Organizer’s policy, which will be displayed during the purchase process.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

• To harass, abuse, or harm another person.

• To impersonate any person or entity.

• To use any automated system, such as “bots,” “scrapers,” or “spiders,” to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ProticketHub in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
